How do you ensure the condition of the cards during shipping?
All individual cards are shipped in a protective penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader. We then secure them between cardboard slabs and use bubble mailers to prevent any bending or impact damage during transit.
Are all your sports cards authentic and untampered?
Yes, we guarantee 100% authenticity. Our factory-sealed wax boxes and packs come directly from authorized distributors (Panini, Topps, Upper Deck), and our high-value singles are sourced from reputable collectors or professional grading services like PSA and BGS.
What is your return policy for trading card products?
Due to market volatility, all sales of factory-sealed products and individual 'raw' cards are final. Returns are only accepted if an item was damaged during shipping or if there was a clerical error in the listing description.
Do you offer international shipping for global collectors?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia. International rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight and value of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours via USPS or FedEx.
Do you buy or trade cards with customers?
